The Optoelectronic Materials and Devices group was established in March 2019.The group includes four research directions of wide band-gap semiconductor and devices, low-dimensional optoelectronic materials and devices, thin film transistors, and organic semiconductor materials and devices.
Relying on the platform of the Nanoelectronics Center of Shandong University, the group is equipped with first-class micro-nano device processing platformssuch asUV lithography, electron beam exposure, laser direct writing, electron beam/thermal evaporation coater,andatomic layer deposition(seeNanoelectronics CenterWebsite). At the same time, the research group currently has a complete photoelectric material growth system (e.g.,MOCVD, PLD, CVD), morphology and structure characterization platforms (e.g.,SEM, AFM, XRD), optical performance analysis platforms (e.r.,PL, RAMAN), and Optoelectronic device analysis platform (e.g.,probe station, semiconductor analyzer, 400nm-2200nm laser). So far, members of the researchlaborartoryhavepublisheda series of high-level research resultsin international famous academic journalsincluding ACS Nano, Advanced Optical Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, ACS Sensors, Photonics Research, Scripta Materialia, Optics Express, Nanotechnology, IEEE Electron Device Letters, Applied Physics Letters, and so on.These research resultshavea strong influence in the field of optoelectronic materials and devices.
