Microelectronics and solid-state electronics
Training Objectives:
To master a solid theoretical foundation and systematic specialized knowledge of the subject; to have relatively proficient computing ability; to master systematic and in-depth basic knowledge in a certain field of the discipline and have a special in-depth understanding of some related subjects; to master at least one foreign language, some basic skills and methods of scientific research, and to have the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching, high-tech development and independently undertake specialized technical work.
Research Direction:
Nanoelectronics and terahertz devices,flexible thin film electronic devices,wide band gap semiconductor materials and devices, organic spin semiconductor materials and devices, semiconductor memory.
Length of study:
Three years for full-time postgraduates
Credit requirements:
No less than 30 credits for postgraduate students including 24 compulsory credits(including frontier lectures, discussion classes and social practice),and no less than 6 credits for electives;Award a master’s degree after graduation.
Electronic science and technology
Training Objectives:
To master the basic theory of circuit; to have the ability of carrying out theoretical analysis and application design at circuit level and system level; to have good software simulation ability and a systematic and comprehensive understanding of circuit and system related professional knowledge; to master at least one foreign language and some basic skills and methods of scientific research; to have the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching work, high-tech development and independently undertake specialized technical work.
Research Direction:
Circuit theory and system design, VLSI design, intelligent measurement and control and embedded system, sensor network and Internet of things, intelligent information processing and digital medicine.
Length of study:
Three years for full-time postgraduates

Integrated Circuit Engineering
Training objectives:
After three length of study, students can be master basic methods and processes of integrated circuit design, design and simulate of circuits from the system level to the circuit level, general EDA design software, design unit circuits from schematic to layout. Students can also master one foreign language, some basic skills and methods of scientific research, and have the ability to engage in high-tech development and independently undertake specialized technical work.
Research direction:
Digital integrated circuit design, analog/RF integrated circuit design, programmable system on chip, integrated circuit system application
Length of study:
Three years for full-time postgraduates
Credit requirements:
No less than 33 credits for postgraduate students including 27 compulsory credits(including frontier lectures, discussion classes and social practice),and no less than 6 credits for electives;Award a master’s degree after graduation.
