张翼飞,1985年出生于山东省临沂市,副研究员,硕士生导师。近五年发表了包括IEEE T-MTTIEEE AWCL等国际期刊文章15篇,曾在多个国际会议上作特邀和口头报告,主持国家和省部级项目4项,参与了包括国家重点研发计划等的多项国家级重大项目,是IEEE T-MTTIEEE T-APIEEE MWCLIJRCE等多个国际杂志审稿人
