唐怀宾，1983年3月出生，安徽砀山人，山东大学微电子学院副教授、硕士生导师，2017年入选“山东大学青年学者未来计划”。2003年和2008年于山东大学数学学院取得学士学位和博士学位，2008年至2011年于法国国家信息与自动化研究所和系统与材料集成实验室从事博士后研究。2011年于山东大学参加工作，主要研究分布式人工智能和传感器网络，主持和参与国家自然科学基金和山东省自然科学基金多项，已在Automatica，System & Control Letter，IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation等权威期刊发表SCI论文多篇。

本科生课程：高等代数、概率统计、数学物理方法、信号与系统、统计信号处理、通信系统概论、自动控制原理

研究生课程：工程中的矩阵理论、现代数字信号处理

多智能体系统、传感器网络、信息物理融合系统，分布式优化、随机系统与控制；
