The Keysight PNA-X network analyzer is the world's most versatile and flexible single-connection microwave test engine for active components such as amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters, and offers unparalleled configurability with a built-in second source, combiner, and internal signal routing switch. RH6 High Frequency Probe Station is a high precision, multi-degree-of-freedom probe station designed for Agilent microwave test instruments and spread spectrum modules. It is equipped with optical damping stage, high precision probe holder, high frequency GSG probe and standard calibration piece to meet the requirements of 0 - 220GHz GSG probe microwave test.
