2. Main Technology Parameters

● The measuring range of the instrument is 190~900 nm. In the visible light region, a tungsten filament lamp is used as the light source, and in the ultraviolet light region, a deuterium lamp is used as the light source. The lamp wavelength can be set arbitrarily in the range of 320nm-380nm.

● The core component of the monochromator, the disperser adopts a holographic grating, to further reduce the stray light of the instrument, the light slit is adjustable, and the spectral bandwidth can be chosen in 0.1nm, 0.2nm, 0.5nm, 1.0nm, 2.0nm and 5.0 nm.
