庞智勇,男,1978年生,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。
2001年毕业本科毕业于山东大学物理系,2006年获山东大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位(期间2003-2004在中科院物理所磁学国家重点实验室学习)。
毕业后留校任教,先后任讲师、副教授等职位。
2015-2016在美国犹他大学物理系Zeev Valy Vardeny教授研究组进修学习。
